Embedded with Coherix proprietary solution software, Coherix PrimerMaster provides real-time information on primer and isopropyl alcohol width and location, and detects skips with no external computer required. It is not affected by ambient lighting changes, yielding robust operation where traditional inspection camera techniques fail. With 100% inspection of primer, Coherix PrimerMaster can provide just-in-time tip changing indication, which optimizes the life of the dispensing tip and reduces operating expenses.

Once and done
Single-pass primer profile inspection is accomplished using four high-speed laser sensors surrounding the dispensing nozzle to track and inspect the primer in any direction without blind corners. Acquiring and processing 400 samples per second, Coherix PrimerMaster has the industry-leading acquisition speed, avoiding production slow-downs.

Easy to integrate
Coherix PrimerMaster mounts around the shaft above the primer applicator head. It communicates easily with your dispenser or robot. Coherix Inline Glass Primer Inspection does not add complexity to robot programming. There are no time-consuming set-up changes required for robot speed changes commonly required with other machine vision systems.
Rugged
The Coherix PrimerMaster sensor is built with a solid aluminum frame to withstand impacts and IP67 sealed housing that protects the unit in a production environment. There are no moving parts and Coherix PrimerMaster is the online system that stays online.
