The Coherix 3D AutoRepair option automatically repairs a deficient defect inspected by the system. Repairing gaps, bubbles neck-downs, and any other forms of low volume. This is done by re-running the robot dispense path and using a signal from Coherix 3D to trigger dispense Gun On/Off instead of the signal from the robot.
Defected parts no longer need to be removed from the production line and repaired elsewhere, saving a huge amount of time and money.
