The Coherix 3D LocationMaster option locates a part in 3D space and sends the offset to the robot to alter the dispensing path accordingly. It provides 3D part locating for robot guidance to ensure specified bead location when dispensing.
Fixturing issues are now eliminated, ensuring proper sealant and adhesive placement on imprecisely fixtured parts.
