Coherix Tours the Midwest and Exhibits at the Automotive Testing Expo
Ann Arbor, Michigan, October 21, 2013 — Coherix, Inc., a global supplier of high-speed, high-definition 3D measurement and inspection solutions, is hitting the road again this week with its ShaPix 1500 Series of solutions. Continuing their cross-country roadshow, Coherix will be visiting potential customers and potential distributors in Dayton, Ohio; Indianapolis, Indiana and Lisle, Illinois.
Applications Engineer and Sealing Specialist, Steven Pagalos, will be visiting companies to provide live demonstrations of the easy to use, affordable and flexible ShaPix solution. As a member of the Coherix team since 2009, Steven has a thorough understanding of planar surfaces, the variables impacting sealing and machining process variation. Steven will also be visiting current Coherix customers and ShaPix users to showcase the new ShaPix 1500 Series that is at a lower price point, has a more compact footprint and has an enhanced XY resolution. Compared to other metrology solutions, ShaPix offers a large field of view (150mm x 150mm), fast measurement acquisition time and high-powered analysis tools. Manufacturers around the world are seeing the full 3D shape and form of their parts in real time with millions of data points. These easy to understand visualizations provide fast feedback for process control improvement.
Also taking place this week on Oct. 22 – Oct. 24, is the Automotive Testing Expo and the Engine Expo in Novi, MI. Coherix will be exhibiting with strategic partner Link Engineering at booth 11009 at the Automotive Testing Expo. Michael Mater, Chief Engineer for ShaPix will be providing a presentation on full 3D, non-contact, high-definition metrology solutions at the Open Technology Forum at the Engine Expo on Oct. 24 at 11:45 am.
