Senior Electrical Engineer

Qualified candidates will conceptualize, design and develop electronic circuit boards using principles and techniques of electrical engineering theory to accomplish goals.  You must have a  BSEE or equivalent experience and 10+ years of related experience.

Specific experience includes a minimum of two years experience with high speed signal design using Altium Designer for PCB layout and schematic entry; the design of systems utilizing FPGAs, processors and Memory and high speed communication systems.   Experience with USB3.0, PCI-E, LVDS and Gig-E and interfacing to MIPI devices is a plus.

Customer Support Engineer

Qualified candidates must be proficient with installation, setup, training and ongoing support of machine vision products including hardware and software within automotive manufacturing customer environments (onsite and/or remote access). Must have a minimum 3 years experience with mechanical and electrical knowledge and excellent customer relations skills, Microsoft Word/ Excel/PowerPoint, Pro-Active, Solidworks, and ability to read blueprints. Associates level degree or equivalent in electronics and a willingness to work extra effort.

Desired Skills/Experience: robotics, PLC Programming, coding, dispensing materials. Machine Vision, project management, customer service, technical writing, knows dispensing equipment, military experience, positive and confident personality.

Application Engineer

We are hiring Application Engineers who will program on industrial and collaborative robots to test the communication setup and simulate the manufacturing process in plants for in-house testing and validations. Qualified candidates will also perform data analysis on installed equipment to statistically visualize the performance and provide technical support and customer feedback to internal global teams. Must have technical writing ability to document instructions and guides for new tools and functions for internal and external use. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience with  mechanical and electrical knowledge, excellent customer relation skills with a positive and confident personality and proficiency with Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Pro-Active, ability to work with CAD and read part prints and willing and able to travel domestically and internationally.

Desired Skills/Experience: Robotics, PLCs, Coding, Dispensing Materials, Machine Vision and Project Management.

FPGA Programmer

The FPGA Programmer reviews blueprints and specifications to establish correct inspection criteria following best practices. Develops, maintains and generates FPGA programs used to inspect and verify production materials and components. Being a FPGA Programmer, you must have knowledge of ANSI/ASME, ISO and GD&T. Proficient with PC-DMIS. In addition, the FPGA Programmer is familiar with Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing techniques. Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Being a FPGA Programmer directs several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Working as a FPGA Programmer typically requires 2 -4 years of related experience.
