Electrical Engineer

Conceptualizes, designs and develops electronic circuit boards and the electrical aspects of the devices that incorporate them.  Applies principles and techniques of electrical engineering theory to accomplish goals.  Requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 7+ years of related experience.

Will use computer-assisted design and engineering and tools along with diagnostic equipment to perform assignments.  Will serve as a specialist as part of a larger team, but is able to work with a high degree of independence.  May assume project leadership within a work group.

Will write requirements and specifications for boards and board systems.  Will build board schematics using Altium Designer.  Will incorporate DFM/DFA consideration into board layouts.  Will provide project plans, schedules and cost targets to management.  Will keep up to date with developments in technology and regulations and will advise the team accordingly.

Customer Support Engineer

Qualified candidates must be proficient with installation, setup, training and ongoing support of adhesive dispensing and sealant hardware and software products within automotive manufacturing customer environments (onsite and/or remote access). Also responsible to bring critical customer feedback to the application engineering, sales and marketing and product development teams to make improvements where possible. Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience. Must have Mechanical and electrical knowledge, excellent customer relation skills, Microsoft Word/ Excel/PowerPoint, Pro-Active, Solidworks, ability to read blueprints and willing and able to travel internationally. Must be flexible with short notice travel, proactive and self-motivated, Associates level degree or equivalent in electronics, willingness to work extra effort, and okay with 50+% of time traveling (domestic and international travel) – no more than 2 weeks away at a time, for international travel.

Desired Skills/Experience: Robotics, PLC Programming, Coding, Dispensing Materials. Machine Vision, project management, customer service, technical writing, knows dispensing equipment, military experience, positive and confident personality. NOTE: Japanese language skills desired but not necessary.

Application Engineer

Conduct feasibility studies on sample parts from the customers and generate reports. Program on industrial robot and collaborative robot to test the communication setup and simulate the manufacturing process in plants. Perform data analysis on installed equipment to statistically visualize the performance. Troubleshoot for the customers to ensure the equipment is functioning according to designed specifications.

Use Matlab/Simulink, SolidWorks, LabView, CarSim, FEA (COMSOL, HyperWorks), C++.  Req: Master in Mechanical Engineering with 6 months experience as Application or Mechanical or Design Engineer or Intern, Related experience must include using SolidWorks. Ref: #4462.  NO AGENCIES PLEASE.
