The Coherix DotMaster presents a complete in-line inspection of the mastic dot dispensing process with 100% part traceability. It enables real-time, robust 3D information on the quality of dispensed adhesive dots and other unique shapes up to 38mm in diameter. DotMaster, a specialized Predator3D sensor, ensures the dispensed dots are within user defined tolerances by measuring adhesive width at the specified height.
