Inspecting hot melt adhesives used to be difficult, challenging, time consuming and required perfect lighting on the plant floor…not anymore, not with Coherix.
Coherix inspects hot melt adhesive while it is applied (in-line), saving precious cycle time in the manufacturing process. The lighting conditions do not affect Coherix inspection, as our sensor is laser-based and not affected by ambient lighting.
