The Data Entry Specialist assists with order entry and is crucial to our Purchasing Department’s continued success.

Minimum Experience: 2-5 years

Education: High School or equivalent

Essential Functions:

  • Follow-up on open PO’s
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers
  • Manage purchasing requests of non-inventory items for product development, manufacturing and office supplies
  • Assist with inventory control, shipping and receiving when needed
  • Data entry of kitted work orders and assets into Salesforce
  • Help schedule work orders for Manufacturing Team
  • Assist with requests and status updates from Application Engineers and Account Managers
  • Manage the return material authorization (RMA) process and repair depot
  • Maintain database of customer service/RMA inventory
  • Support for the implementation of a new ERP system
  • Monitor/schedule repair times for fast turn-around for customers

Required Skills:

  • Data entry experience
  • Customer service and support
  • Solid organizational skills

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
