Coherix, Inc. and Green Detroit Regional Center Announce the Launch of the Coherix, Inc. EB-5 Immigration Project
Ann Arbor, Michigan, June 24, 2013 — Coherix Inc., a leader in advanced Robust3D vision based measurement and inspection solutions for manufacturing, announces the launch of its EB-5 Immigration Project within the Green Detroit Regional Center (GDRC). The EB-5 Program is administered by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and provides opportunities for qualified foreign nationals to achieve permanent legal residency status in the U.S. through an investment in an USCIS approved project that will generate at least ten full-time jobs in the United States. GDRC and Coherix have begun marketing the project in China; however, the project is qualified for foreign investors from all countries who are interested in obtaining a Green Card for immigration into the USA.
GDRC is a USCIS approved regional center providing exclusive EB-5 investor visas to qualified foreign investors. Because Coherix has partnered with GDRC and is located within a qualified Targeted Employment Area (TEA) focused on job creation, GDRC may immediately begin accepting qualified investors for this project with a minimum investment of 500,000 USD.
The project will raise 10 Million USD initially. Investments in the GDRC’s Coherix project will provide the company the necessary working capital to create jobs in Michigan by supporting product development, manufacturing, application engineering, and sales/marketing. These funds will be used for Coherix’s Robust 3D Error Proofing product line and its ShaPix® metrology product line.
GDRC: Designated by USCIS on August 30, 2010, the GDRC encompasses the Detroit Metropolitan Area (MSA) and is dedicated to alternative energy projects, renewable energy systems, hybrid transportation, and other related advanced manufacturing technology. GDRC is also dedicated to creating manufacturing jobs in the United States which is currently favored by USCIS.
