Coherix CARES is an annual subscription program for support and training on the Coherix 3D systems in your plant. It also provides an evaluation of the dispensing processes and recommendations for improvement.

CARES assists your team in maximizing use of your Coherix 3D systems on your dispensing applications. Coherix engineers leverage Coherix 3D technology as a comprehensive tool for evaluating the entire dispensing process. Utilizing process data captured by Coherix 3D, engineers analyze key metrics such as failure percentages, fixture and part variation, timing variation, dispense failure heat maps, and other relevant factors. Armed with this data, process recommendations and improvements can be implemented to optimize the efficiency of each unique system.

The CARES team also provides important maintenance support to ensure your Coherix 3D systems are running optimally, so that they can guarantee adhesive bead quality without slowing down production. Through staff training, on-site support, assessments and remote support, your team will be confident and understand how to make changes in the Coherix 3D software, boosting production output and avoiding unscheduled downtime.

CARES is a scalable program based on the quantity of Coherix 3D’s each of your plants has. It can be customized to the support level needed in your facility.
