Inside Sales New Business Development Specialist
The Inside Sales New Business Development Specialist will be responsible for prospecting new accounts, investigating and developing new business relationships with companies in discrete manufacturing, schedule appointments for Coherix Account Managers and schedule demonstrations with customers both onsite and remotely. In addition, you will develop proposals as needed to support account managers.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in business related Field

- Experience in prospecting with solution sales mindset
- Technical knowledge/understanding
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- New Business Development in Discrete Manufacturing
- Proven track record in sales growth, territory development and customer retention
- Consultative Selling – building relationships between you and your prospects, by asking
questions, listening to their needs, and personalizing your product or service to them - Understanding of Power Positioning
- Skilled with probing questions and probing for clarification
- Skilled in probing to gain an understanding of the broader scope of a situation
- Skilled in gaining knowledge from customers on Why Buy Anything, Why Buy Now, Why Buy Coherix
- Independent thinker, self-motivated and Customer focused
Desired Skills
- Experience in selling capital equipment, software based equipment, or process
control equipment
