Senior Customer Support Engineers must be proficient with installation, setup, training, and ongoing support of adhesive dispensing and sealant hardware and software products within automotive manufacturing customer environments (onsite and/or remote access).  The Senior Customer Support Engineer is also responsible for bringing critical customer feedback to the application engineering, sales and marketing and product development teams to make improvements.

Minimum Experience: 3 years

Education: Associates level degree or equivalent in an Electronics discipline

Required Skills:

  • Excellent customer relation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Pro-Active and SolidWorks  
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Willingness to travel 50%+ of time (domestic and international travel) – no more than 2 weeks at a time for international travel
  • Must be proactive and self-motivated
  • Willing to put in extra effort
