  • 3 Years Tier 1/OEM automotive capital equipment sales experience
  • 1-3 years manufacturing experience in automation and electronics
  • Prospecting experience
  • Understanding of the consultative sales process
  • Proven sales track record with increased responsibility and high close rate
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM software

Educational requirements:

  • Bachelor level Degree or equivalent in Engineering

Desired Skills:

  • Machine vision knowledge/experience
  • Dispensing knowledge/experience
  • Consultative sales training
  • Automotive project management
  • Prior Experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager or Sales Account Manager
