On an area of 100,000m2, the engineers and specialists have created a state-of-the-art body shop with a special focus on flexibility.
With over 410 robots, 88 adhesive bonding systems and 10 lasers, the new Crafter is created with 180 variants of the substructure and 56 variants of the side parts. All this in a production line using the latest technologies such as laser ticks, 3 beam brazing and E-swirl, controlled and regulated by a central monitoring system. Read More
